Who is ARTCHA DIGITAL HUB?
ARTCHA DIGITAL HUB is the trading name of ARTCHA DIGITAL, a digital agency and training hub founded in 2022 by Abdelhalim CHAGDAL in Médiouna–Casablanca. We work in three areas: digitalisation, communication and training.
Who are your services for?
Companies and small businesses, associations, schools and training centres, startups and freelancers, as well as young people and individuals for training.
Where do you work?
In Médiouna and Casablanca, in the Casablanca–Settat region, and remotely for the rest of Morocco and abroad.
Quotes, timelines and payment
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp describing your need. We reply with scoping questions and then a costed proposal.
What are your timelines?
They depend on the nature of the project and how quickly you validate. A precise schedule is included in every quote.
How does payment work?
Terms (deposit, schedule, invoice) are specified in the quote. You can request a quote in MAD, EUR or USD.
Who owns the deliverables?
Intellectual property terms are stated in the quote and in the terms of service. We specify them before the project starts.
Training
Is training available online?
Depending on the course: on site in Médiouna, online, or blended. The format is stated on each course page.
What are the prices?
They depend on the course, the format and the group size. They are provided on request, never estimated lightly.
Can training be organised for a team?
Yes. We design a tailored programme from your tools and your real cases.
Artificial intelligence
Is AI reliable?
It is useful for preparing, sorting and suggesting, but it can make mistakes. That is why our solutions always include human validation.
What about the confidentiality of my data?
We define with you which data can be processed and by which tool, before anything is implemented.
Remote projects
Do you work with clients outside Morocco?
Yes, remotely, in French, Arabic or English. We are based in Casablanca and have no offices abroad.
How do meetings work?
By video call on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with the time zone always stated.
