2. Data collected

• Contact and quote forms: name, organisation, email, phone, country, description of the need, indicative budget, timeframe, current website, project language, time zone.
• Call booking: name, email, preferred date and time, language, platform, topic.
• Attachments: files that you choose to send us.
• Minimal technical data: IP address, used only to limit abuse and secure the service.

3. Why we use this data

We do not sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

• To answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps and consent).
• To organise an appointment and send you a confirmation.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations if a contract is concluded.

4. Retention periods

• Requests that did not lead to a contract: 12 months at most from the last exchange.
• Attachments: deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange, unless a project is ongoing.
• Clients: the duration of the contractual relationship, then the legal accounting retention periods.
• Technical logs and abuse limiting: a short period, limited to the security of the service.

5. Recipients and transfers

Your data is accessible to the ARTCHA team and, where necessary, to our technical providers (hosting, email) who are bound to protect it. Some providers may be located outside Morocco; we choose services offering suitable safeguards.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This site only uses strictly necessary cookies: remembering your language and your privacy choices. Non-essential cookies (audience measurement, external content) are only enabled with your consent, which you can change at any time via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us stating your request and the address used in the form. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country.

We apply reasonable measures: encrypted connection, input validation, limits on the number of requests, restricted access to data. As no method is infallible, please do not send us sensitive data through the form.
