Terms of service
These terms govern the services of ARTCHA DIGITAL HUB. The accepted quote specifies the elements specific to each project; in case of difference, the quote prevails.

1. Purpose
Digitalisation, communication and training services, delivered in Morocco or remotely.
2. Quote and order
Each project is subject to a written quote stating the scope, deliverables, schedule, price and its currency (MAD, EUR or USD). The order is firm once the quote is accepted and the planned deposit is paid.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in the currency stated in the quote. A deposit, a payment schedule and a professional invoice are provided depending on the project. No currency conversion is applied without explicit mention in the quote.
4. Client obligations
The client provides in good time the content, access and approvals needed, and warrants that they hold the rights to the material they supply. Delays in approval may shift the schedule.
5. Intellectual property
Unless the quote states otherwise, usage rights to the deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. ARTCHA retains its pre-existing tools, methods and generic components, and may cite the project as a reference with the client's agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Information exchanged is treated as confidential. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed on request before any sensitive exchange.
7. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund terms are specified in the quote, depending on the progress of the work. Amounts corresponding to services already performed remain due.
8. Training
Enrolment is confirmed after receipt of the requested documents and, where applicable, payment. Arrangements for postponement, absence and certificates are communicated at enrolment.
9. Liability
ARTCHA has an obligation of means. Its liability is limited to direct damages and, unless the quote states otherwise, to the amount received for the service concerned. AI solutions provide suggestions that must be validated by the client.
10. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The parties first seek an amicable solution.
